Biography

Kalipsyo, born Susanna Pilotti, is an Italian multigenre musical artist,.

The name Kalipsyo is a fusion of mystical energies from the indian divinity Kali and the greek ninphae Calipso.

Dancing ballet since the age of three she found her interest in music making since attempting the first raves at the age of 13 and hasn't left it ever since.

Slowly starting producing her own beats in her early twenties after a trip to Australia she found her true love and never stopped ever since.

After graduated at SAE  in songwriting and music production she finally found her artistic career focusing on composing and producing

Her sound is characterised by polymetres and syncopated rhythms of genres such as techno,drum and bass, tribal, cumbia,psytrance infused with cinematic synth lines.

Her minimalistic style reminds of the 90’s techno with a tribal/jungle vibe that reminds us of the connection to nature and helps us connect with our deeper tissues of the mind.

The use of hardware, voice, flute, kalimba gives to her composition a unique recipe for a full on psychedelic transcendental experience.
